The Story Behind Today's Prize
In 2014 I moved to Salzburg, Austria with my husband. I was really taken with the quaint gardens in the area. It seemed like every family had a hut for pet rabbits, boots for gardening, and a bee skep sitting by their back door. It was charming! I was so inspired, I created this coloring book with the theme of spring and summer Austrian gardening in mind. An editor stopped by this very blog in 2015 and wanted to publish Zinnie's Garden Coloring Book for adults, but it was not detailed enough. I recreated the whole book into a more detailed version that ultimately become The Magical Garden Coloring Book (published in 2016 by Taunton Press).
